PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Each earring is unique and slightly different of each other because they are handmade. 

1) How can I take care of my polymer clay earrings?

Polymer clay is strong and durable but it doesn't mean it's indestructible without proper care. Store them in a dry spot and avoid them being knocked around. 

If the earrings get dirty, use a damp cloth to wipe the affected area. If you find there are marks that don't come off you can use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and wipe sparingly to remove the mark. However, do not do this on hand painted detailing as alcohol will affect the varnish which protects the painting and may even remove it.

Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your jewelry, keep them away from perfumes or harsh chemicals to preserve the vibrant colors. 

2) How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 days of receiving an order. 

3) What if my earrings came in damaged? 

If you think you have received a defective product during transportation, please contact us via email to Scorpiusjewelry@outlook.com with an image of the defective item and your order number for us to review. The costumer will be responsible for any return shipping cost and we are not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Please check our returned policy for more details.

4) Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do. There are two methods, one request through our Instagram page via DM or through our site, select "custom orders" on our homepage to fill out the form. There will be an initial deposit fee of $15 dollars, depending on the sizing, quantities and detailing, final prices will vary.
